Refund policy

At Artigo & Co., we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our underwear and sleepwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

  • United States: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • European Union & United Kingdom: In accordance with local consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Hygiene & Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards for the safety of all our customers:

  • Underwear: Items must be returned unopened, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging. Once the hygienic seal or packaging has been opened, the item is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sleepwear: Must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Free Returns & Shipping

We believe in a seamless experience. Artigo & Co. provides pre-paid return labels for all eligible returns. We cover the return shipping costs from the US, UK, and Germany, so you don't have to worry about extra fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please contact our support team at contact@artigowear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to drop off your package.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@artigowear.com so we can make it right.
